The old capital, which was thrown into the Abyss 100 years ago by the Baskervilles. Those not in the know believe the city was destroyed by an earthquake. Thus, it has become a poverty-stricken waste in the outer reaches of the city and a gateway to the Abyss in the center. The Nightray family has set up a center for helping the orphaned children of Illegal Contractors, called the House of the White Angel.
